What is “Natural Wine”? Frank Cornelissen answers. Part 1 of 2

Natural Wine is a term widely used but rarely defined. Frank Cornelissen, growing and venting on Mount Etna in Sicily offers his definition of the term and insists that it goes beyond simply not using sulfites in the cellar. This is part one of 2 in our series.
