Anthonij Rupert, Protea Chardonnay with Helix cork

Every Monday Tom Cannavan of wine-pages.com chooses a new wine of the week. For 21st May 2018 the Anthonij Rupert, Protea Chardonnay 2017 from South Africa, the first wine to be available in retail stores in the UK using the new Helix twist-off cork, said to embody the best of both traditional cork and screwcap.
