Black grape wine recipe

Ingredients
Grape -3Kg
Sugar -1 and half kg
Boiled and cooled down water-1litre

How to make
Wash clean and remove grapes from the stem
Add one litre water in big pan and add grapes
Cook on high flame for 10 minutes
Switch off the flame and drain the cooked grape in to a other pan
Press with a spoon to extract juice and discard the skin and seeds
Transfer to the drain juice back to pan
Add sugar
Bring it to boil and cook until the mixture thickens
Let it shrinks by a quarter
Switch off the flame and it further thickens on cooling
